Based in Gaggiano (MI), Italy, we’ve been shaping ideas with expanded polyurethane for years – and we do it all in-house, with no intermediaries. Thanks to our extensive machinery and solid experience, we deliver precise, fast, and reliable processing.
And if you think we stop at polyurethane... you’ll be surprised: we also handle other types of processing, always with the same care and independence.

Die cutting
We offer both manual and automatic die-cutting services to meet every production need – from small customized batches to large industrial runs.
Convoluted foam
We perform egg-crate (or convoluted) shaping on foam materials, ideal for sound-absorbing applications and for safely protecting products during transport.
PU foam casting
We produce components in expanded polyurethane through casting in custom molds, delivering tailor-made solutions for a wide range of industrial and technical applications.
Industrial sewing
We provide specialized technical sewing services for custom-made bags and filters, crafted according to customer specifications for industrial, professional, and household applications.
Cutting
We perform precise, clean cuts on our vertical cutting machine, even on thick materials — ideal for producing custom filters, gaskets, padding, and packaging.
Thermoforming
We give shape to your ideas in soft PU foam.
From shaped inserts and custom protective elements to tailored technical solutions and more — all crafted with millimetric precision and a touch of creativity.
Custom gluing
We glue (almost) everything – except our fingers!
Whether it’s hot or cold glue, small or large formats, common or unusual materials… we always find the right way to hold things together.
Slab cutting
In our department, slab cutting of expanded polyurethane is handled by a legend: the 1970s Fecken & Kirfel Carousell.
Older than us, yet tireless and precise, it still cuts with a grace that some modern machines can only dream of!
